Pendleton Whisky

Profile: Smooth, blended Canadian whisky with rye spice, oak, and vanilla notes.

• Pendleton Maple Old Fashioned

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Pendleton Whisky

    • 0.25 oz pure maple syrup

    • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

    • Orange twist (garnish)

  • Method: Combine whisky, maple syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled (approx. 20–30 seconds). Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Express orange oil over the rim and drop peel into glass.

• Canadian Gold Rush

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Pendleton Whisky

    • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice

    • 0.75 oz honey syrup (2 parts honey dissolved in 1 part warm water)

  • Method: Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

• Pendleton & Ginger Highball

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Pendleton Whisky

    • 4 oz ginger ale or spicy ginger beer

    • Lime wedge (garnish)

  • Method: Fill a tall highball glass with ice. Add Pendleton, top with ginger ale, and stir gently once. Squeeze and drop in lime wedge.
