Return Eligibility

Unopened, undamaged, and saleable items can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Complimentary Returns

The first $1,000 of product returned is complimentary. Returns over this amount are subject to an 8% restocking fee.

Final Sale Items

Items not part of our regular in-store assortment are final sale and non-refundable.

What if I don’t have my receipt?

Unfortunately, returns require a valid proof of purchase. Depending on when the purchase was made, we may be able to locate your receipt — contact us at orders@liquorforless.com.

Can I return opened items?

No, only unopened, undamaged, and saleable items are eligible for return.

How do I know if something is part of the regular assortment?

If the item is stocked regularly at our Langley or Abbotsford locations, it’s part of the regular assortment. If it was special-ordered specifically for your event, it’s likely a final sale.

Can I return kegs or other bulk items?

Kegs and bulk items are typically final sale unless otherwise discussed during ordering. Please email us in advance.
